TORY GOON HIRED PAEDOPHILE AT HAVANT TAXI FIRM

A self-styled 'King of Scrap', who has forked out thousands of pounds to place a 'Vote Tory' advert on the front page of today's local rag, hired a convicted paedophile at his Havant taxi firm, Spotted Portsmouth can exclusively reveal.
Michael Nobes, 55, who sells rust buckets at his Farlington based firm, Richmond Motors, also co-owns Andicars, a Havant private hire taxi operator, which employed disgraced ex-teacher and convicted paedophile Andrew Hillary just seven months after his release for child sex offences.
Ironically, the 'Vote Tory' ad, which Nobes, of The Avenue, Fareham, placed prominently on the front page of today's Portsmouth Evening News, appears directly below a headline on another convicted paedophile, army cadet captain Alexander Smith.
When Andicars employees discovered that their Tory boss had hired 55-year-old Southsea paedophile Hillary to work alongside them there was naturally outrage.
One employee said, "I’m disgusted that I had to work in the same building as this man.’
She added, "He should never have been allowed to even gain employment or access to people’s personal information.
"Andicars failed their staff and customers and contractors by failing to do the correct checks."
Hillary worked for Andicars for six months before he was forced to resign after his position became "untenable". It is not know whether Hillary and Nobes, both 55, had connections prior to working at Andicars.
A further irony is that Tory Prime Minister Theresa May herself managed to "lose" over 100 files relating to serious paedophile allegations in Westminster, during her time as Home Secretary.
The then Home Secretary, Theresa May, faced criticism on the publication of an independent review of the handling of the 1980s Dickens dossier of serious allegations of child abuse.
The review by Peter Wanless, chief executive of the National Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children, confirmed that crucial Home Office files relating to a dossier submitted by the former Tory MP Geoffrey Dickens are still missing.
The dossier – a series of letters to several home secretaries over several years containing allegations of child sex abuse – are among 114 Home Office files that 'went missing' during May's time as Home Secretary.
Theresa May refused to face the House of Commons when the report was published, choosing to issue a written ministerial statement rather than answer questions in the house.
A Westminster insider at the time said, “For the Home Secretary to not come to the house to answer questions on a matter of this level of public concern but instead to sneak this report out quietly just ahead of a parliamentary recess is shameful.”

THE FACE OF HATE

Portsmouth DJ Exploits Manchester Terror Victims to Promote Hate Speech
Spotted Portsmouth can shockingly expose a Portsmouth DJ who is currently exploiting the victims of Monday's terror attack to promote his sick and twisted views.
Far-right extremist Alex Fowlie has posted a string of hate-fuelled diatribes on social media in an attempt to stir-up tension and mistrust of Muslims following the tragic events in Manchester.
The rants largely seem to be copied from Facebook pages he follows, including Britain First, the English Defence League [EDL], the neo-Nazi Infidels of Britain and various far-right football hooligan fan pages.
In one post he describes Islam as "a twisted religion", calling for it to be banned in "our country" and demanded to know why "uneducated left wing, liberals, feminists and falafel munchers" were sticking-up for Muslims - seemingly oblivious to the fact that Muslims have vehemently condemned the work of extremists and have themselves been the victim of terror tactics.
On the attacks he bizarrely claims, ""even moderate Muslims don't condemn it...they are warped by a twisted religion."
In another post he urges people to attack Muslims and added, "It's [sic] isn't the British way at all."
Whilst Muslim policemen and paramedics assisted victims in Manchester on Monday night, whilst Muslim tax drivers chauffeured victims home for free, whilst Muslim doctors and nurses battled to save the lives and limbs of victims in the Manchester Royal Infirmary, Fowlie was sat in his bedroom in a semi in leafy Emsworth spewing his vile, bigoted view to anyone who would listen.
When people picked-him up on his distasteful views Fowlie replied with a string of abuse, calling people "c**ts", "retards" and even mocking the poor saying, "Let me know if any of you need dropping off on route to the food bank. Peasants."
27-year-old Fowlie, of Crowbsury Close, Emsworth lists top local clubnight Love Amplified as his work, but the club refute that and are keen to distance themselves from the neo-Nazi.
"He used to promote for us but then started his own event, but just to make it 100% clear we do not share the same views," Love Amplified's Daniel Black told Spotted Portsmouth
"He's not playing on My stage at Mutiny Festival," he added.
Spotted Portsmouth investigations reveal that foul-mouthed Fowlie - who has a penchant for dressing as a cross between a cast member of TOWIE and a teenage girl - actually "works" for his own non-entity of a club night called Shift Feest - if you've never heard of them it's no surprise, they're next "major" event is at a bar in Bognor Regis in July.
Spotted have contacted Mutiny Festivals to ask if Fowlie is appearing at this year's event, but have not yet had a response

PORTSMOUTH UNI SEX ATTACKER MAX BROWN

Below is a repost of an article we published on our Facebook page on Friday 3rd February 2017 at 10am.

Mysteriously this post vanished from our page overnight with no warning, reason or explanation.

Usually when Facebook removes a post it will send notifications and emails to the individual admin team members explaining why and when a post was removed, and possibly further issuing a warning and temporary block (or permanent banning) on a profile or page for breaching Facebook's "community standards". In this instance none of this happened; no notifications, no emails, no warnings, no blocking and no banning - the post just vanished.

In the many years the admin of Spotted Portsmouth have all worked in social media we have never, ever encountered this before. Whether the authorities are protecting Max Brown, or he has influence somewhere within Facebook, we cannot say. But he deserves the spotlight - and a lasting Google search result - for the serious sexual assault he was convicted of on Friday 20th January 2017 at Portsmouth Crown Court.

Please share this post far and wide and let sex attackers know their crimes will not be forgotten so easily!!!

PORTSMOUTH UNI SEX ATTACKER SPARED JAIL BECAUSE 'IT WOULD BE BAD FOR HIS CAREER'!

Portsmouth University Sex Offender Max Bown convicted of a serious sexual assault at Portsmouth Crown Court

A Portsmouth University Law student has been spared jail for a serious and brutal sexual assault because his solicitor claimed 'it would damage this young man at the start of his career'.

24-year-old student Max Brown, of Western Parade, Southsea was found guilty of the sex attack at Portsmouth Crown Court on 20th January.

The court sentenced him to 24-months imprisonment, but suspended it following the plea from his defence team. It is claimed that Brown also struggles with an alcohol problem.

The attack took place on 26th April last year and Brown was convicted of assaulting a female of 13 and over* by penetration in breach of the Sex Offences Act 2003.

Brown was also issued a rehabilitation activity requirement of 30-days. Due to the serious nature of the assault the court placed Brown on the Sex Offenders Register for 10-years.

Despite the conviction the University of Portsmouth have attempted to whitewash the case, allowing Brown to continue his degree in Law and participate fully in the social life of the body. He remains an active member of several student societies including both the American Football squad and Rugby team, for which he has played in the 1st XI.

Brown was also ordered to pay an £140 surcharge.

[* Please note, the victim was NOT a child; 'a female of 13 and over' is just the legal wording fo the Sex Offences ACT 2003).
